My Philosophy for Sellers

 

When trying to sell your home in an uncertain economy, it is imperative to present it optimally through a wide variety of media to reach out to as many buyers as possible.

 

I customize a marketing plan for each property that I list.  The common element in all my marketing plans is optimal presentation through quality photography.

 

Today's buyers have many choices available to them.  I believe that a home which has been made market-ready through simple staging techniques and is well-photographed will bring more buyers through the door, allowing the homeowner more opportunities for a sale. 

 

I utilize multiple websites, flyer boxes, real estate magazine ads and occasional print ads as well as offering Featured Home slots on Realtor.com.  Additionally, if your property is well-suited to niche marketing (special historical significance, lakefront home, etc.), my plan will reflect your unique needs.

 

Having been through the sales process as a homeowner working with a real estate agent, I understand how frustrating selling a home can be.  Weekly or bi-weekly contact is maintained throughout the listing period.  I also return all calls and emails within 24 hours. 

 

A personally prepared marketing report is sent to each of my sellers at the end of the month to allow them to better understand the marketplace and current activity.  This report also informs my sellers of my marketing practices and endeavors.
