Every home I list benefits from being listed on the Catawba Valley Multiple Listing Service, but I believe there are other marketing techniques which can be beneficial in marketing my listings.
When marketing my listings I take into account the potential buyers and how they may be shopping for a home. I utilize flyer boxes, Realtor.com featured property subscriptions, print ads and open houses. Quality photography and staging are important not only for showings, but for ongoing marketing efforts to achieve the desired goal of selling a home.
